Laboratory thermostatically controlled orbital shaker is designed for shaking 20 conic flat-bottomed flasks (150-1000 mL). The shaker ensures circular (orbital) movements of a platform with flasks in horizontal plane with smoothly controlled frequency. Thermostatical control of the working chamber is achieved by means of heated air. The shaker design allows visual monitoring of the flasks shaking. The temperature inside the working chamber is measured by digital thermometer.
Peristaltic pumps of the NSH-015 series are designed for pumping liquids, including corrosive ones. The pumps of the series NSH-015 offer reverse of the liquid flow.
Freeze-drier Iney 6 is designed for freeze-drying of water-containing prefreezed products. Drying rate: more than 60 g/h. The drying occurs on a tray or vials (maximal load 400 vials). The drying is achieved due to sublimation of ice water, which is pumped out by a vacuum pump and then condenced on a cold condensor. In the standard mode, the freeze-drier has two working chambers for drying on a tray or vials. The tray is made of stainless steel. The temperature of the condensor and pressure in the working chambers are monitored by digit indicators placed on the front control panel of the instrument. The freeze-drier Iney-6 possesses a mode of accelerated elimination of the freezed ice.
cpX-2.1 is the latest development in the field of pH/pX-metry, which provides a low cost multifunctional alternative to the classical steady-state laboratory pH-meters/ionometers. The instrument is optimized for measurements of kinetic changes in pH/pX. The ability of kinetic measurements of voltage changes allows its use with chromatographic detectors instead of expensive systems for registration of chromatographis data.
The computer pH/ion meter cpX-2.1 is a laboratory instrument for precise steady state and kinetic measurements of pH and free ion concentrations (activities) in water solutions under control of a computer program (measuring/reference electrodes are not included). The instrument enables correction of the results for temperature induced changes of the pX scale. The temperature is monitored by a miniature temperature probe. The instrument is intended also for steady-state and kinetic measurements of voltage and temperature. This feature allows its use for measurements of signals from chromatographic detectors. The instrument combined with a notebook can be used under field conditions.
Due to the multipoint calibration of the probe the instrument can be used with various probes possessing strongly non-linear characteristics. Storage of the calibration curves for the electrodes/probes used allows their replacement without recalibration, which ensures comfort work in the case of use of several electrodes/probes.
The instrument provides handy graphical presentation of experimental data and routine treatment of the data: comparison of the curves, their saving and deletion, etc.
Any commercial combined pH-electrode with BNC-connector can be used with the instrument. The use of electrodes with connectors of other type requires use of corresponding adapters.
The pH/ion meter cpX-2.1 provides extremely convenient precise measurements of pH, pCa and etc., voltage and temperature, and other parameters in the case of use of corresponding probes, both in steady-state and kinetic modes. Intended for laboratory and field studies in chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, microbiology, and so on.
The cpX-2.1 pH/ion meter includes
The electronic module contains amplifiers for matching of the measured voltages with an analog-to-digital converter, and a mirocontroller which controls the data collection and transmission. The instrument performs the conversion of an analog signal to a digital one, its moderate smoothening and transmission to the USB port. The processing of the signal, including averaging, temperature correction and comparison with calibration curve is performed within the computer program.
All these functions ensure incredible flexibility and power of the measurement process.
